Exam Retake Policy

Enrollment in a tier is a one-time purchase that covers the exam until you pass it — there is no separate retake fee, no cooldown period, and no limit on the number of attempts.

Retaking a failed exam

If you don't pass on your first attempt, you can start a new attempt immediately from your dashboard. There's no waiting period and no additional charge.

Question variety across attempts

Each attempt draws a fresh, randomly ordered set of questions from the tier's exam question pool, weighted to match the published exam blueprint. Different attempts can still include some of the same questions — the pool isn't guaranteed to produce a completely unseen form on every retake, but it's never drawn from the same questions used in training modules.

Practical deliverables

For tiers with a practical deliverable, a submission that needs revision can be resubmitted from your dashboard — again, with no limit on attempts or additional fee. Your admin reviewer sees your original submission alongside any resubmissions and their notes.

Certificate validity

An issued certificate is valid for two years from the date it's issued. Renewal terms will be published here before any certificate reaches its expiration date.

This policy may be updated as RFIDiQ certification grows; changes apply to future attempts, not attempts already in progress.
